The early bird discount for ACSOL’s conference is about to expire. Those who sign up for the conference during on or before August 31 will pay only $50 to attend the two-day conference. However, the conference price will increase to $75 on September 1. Conference fees include lunch on both days. Scholarships are available upon request.
The conference will be held on Saturday, October 14, and Sunday, October 15, at Southwestern Law School in downtown Los Angeles. The conference will begin on Saturday at 9 a.m. and conclude on Sunday at 5 p.m.
Conference speakers will address topics of importance to registrants and their families including employment, housing, addiction, failures to register and travel (overseas and domestic). Plenary speakers include Caleb Kruckenberg, lead attorney, for the lawsuit challenging SORNA regulations and law professor Aya Gruber regarding the recall of Judge Aaron Persky.
“We look forward to meeting with you in person at this year’s conference,” stated ACSOL Executive Director Janice Bellucci. “The conference will provide us with an opportunity to network as well as to learn about solutions to current challenges facing registrants and their loved ones.”
